Top speed will obviously be pretty low, it is displacement only so 11kts sounds about right.

It is an RCD Category 'A' boat so it can't be too shabby at sea. It will of course roll in a beam sea but you can specify stabilisers to help with that. Seems like a very serious passage maker to me and pretty luxurious too. Great if you have £1M or so to spare.
