@jason60152 Eventually, they're more than likely gonna wait and try to develop Kyrie until they think he can run the team. or they could play them both at the 1&2 spots.
@jason60152 I love Lebron (no homo) but No....I think he is without a doubt the best in the league today....and he May become the best when its all said and done for him ( he's only 26) but right now he falls to players like larry bird (but not by much)
@jason60152 Actually Yes...All Around I believe he is a better Player just no hardware and at times I want him to take center stage more. like i kno he is a GREAT passer and all but I personally loved seeing him BEAST on the Celtics and Bulls. I got a question for you. do you think he choked in the finals???
@docbaddoc well I think he could of did more.I think King James would bounce back if this lock out ends.He been putting up impressive numbers in summer leagues.I think he got to just gel with the Heat.Hey people knock Lebron but at least they made it to the Finals. The Mavs wasn't no pushover either. The Mavs swept the Lakers and the Heat almost lost to the Bulls so I knew the Heat would have problems. But if Lebron did more in the finals I think they would have won the finals. What did you think?
@jason60152 Me personally I believe he Just lost his Rhythm. D-wade DOMINATED the first three games and Lebron didnt really NEED to score. And by him being the team player and passer that he is and also playing with D-wade and Chris Bosh I believe he tried to play that facilitator role a little too much. I highly doubt he Shied away from the spotlight like everyone says.
@docbaddoc yeah I agree if he wanted to take over he could have but he wanted his teammates to shine.Lebron still young and I think it's a learning experience so the Heat will bounce back and I see at least one ring in their future if not more.
@jason60152 Without a doubt......the one thing people don't understand it takes TEAM to win. and outside of the Big Three they Virtually had no one. Haslem,Chambers and Miller where descent but By Miller having those two broken thumbs he never Really got back to what he was. Also I think they went Small when they shouldve went Big.Although Eric Dampier and Zydrudas Illgaskis arent the greatest they're still big bodies to put on dirk and Chandler for them Rebounds.....and thats were they lost.
@docbaddoc I forgot about Dampier and Zydrunas lol.......Mike Bibby didn't really impress either.Yea Dampier and Zydrunas don't have to be dominant, just control the boards and play good defense.I just don't see the Mavs repeating because the team they have is already old but the Mavs would make the playoffs in a tough Western Conference.I just don't expect them to go far unless the old KIDD when he played on the Nets resurge and the old PEJA when he played for the Kings emerge.
@docbaddoc Hey what about the Nuggets and Lakers?I think OC and Memphis need some more years under they belt.I see the Lakers and Nuggets making it to the finals from the west before the OC and Memphis.
@jason60152 the lakers are still a problem in the west but Im expecting the coach they have now to fail them. and the Nuggets are actually another team i chose to do damage. but whats holding them back is they may have Too much talent and at times they are not sure who's going to take the last shot. but i think Danillo Gallinari is gonna step up and be that go to guy....I was actually hoping J.R smith was gonna do it finally but time will tell he may not even be there nxt season.
@docbaddoc You don't think Mike Brown is a good coach? He is a defense first coach and lead a Cavalier team to the finals.J.R Smith is exciting for the Nuggets and DG has a wet jumper but you forgot about K-Mart.He still got some game left in those legs and deserves a ring. Why don't you think J,R Smith is going to get traded?
@jason60152 as far as the Cavs making it to the finals I credit Lebron putting the team on his back for that. and im not saying mike brown is the Worst coach but he needs to be more well rounded. I mean if you have a talent like Lebron you should've been teaching him the fundamentals as far as post ups, three pointers and mid range off the dribble. Lebron is a beast and he still basically playing off of talent still. as far as jr I think his contract is up + he dosent like the coach
@docbaddoc JR Smith doesn't like the coach probaly because he doesn't start and is still coming off the bench. He probaly wants to got to a team where he would start. If he does get traded he would probaly work well with Chris Paul and the Hornets because they need help.
@jason60152 Actually that would be a good fit for him because they DO need help. I think George Karl(nuggets coach) wants jr to be that All star but their are times where he doesnt play to his full potential and its kinda sad considering his AMAZING talent.
@Axshoun23 no they don't. Look at the flashy passes Williams makes Rondo can't do it like Jason. Williams plays similar to Pete Maravich and Bob Cousy not Rondo
@jason60152 HAHA!!! Really? Rondo is a top 15-20 player NOW. This is the same type of argument that was being used with Bibby vs. J-Kidd. Just because his jumper isn't great doesn't mean Rondo isn't a great player. The best defender of the elite PG's (better than Rose because he rebounds like a forward), a true distributing PG, and does everything you need. People kept talking about him being the weak link...hell by last year, he was Boston's best player on a team with THREE probably HOFers
@jason60152 Brandon Jennings is amazing!!!! but lets not count out rondo because he has put the team on his shoulders at times with scoring. it isn't Often but Rondo is a very solid All-round point guard. plus his 16 footer did get better!!!
@jason60152 I know what you mean hopefully jennings can have another great season....I think he was mostly injured this past one because i didn't see him in too many bucks games..
@docbaddoc yeah hopefully Jennings can take over more and Michael Redd gets healthy. That would be a good 1-2 punch if he still got some old Michael Redd in him.
@docbaddoc right now you don't think Derrick Rose is better then Jason Kidd?Career wise so far Jason Kidd is better but Jason Kidd didn't even average over 11 pts or 10 ast this year.Derrick Rose averaged 25pts this year.
@jason60152 I knew u were going to ask me that.lol I really wanted to go with pg's who could change the game by passing ONLY. D-rose is a better OVERALL player but i havent really seen him change the game by passing. dont get me wrong i dont blame him at all because there is no one really to pass to on the bulls. so he has to be both the scorer and the facilitator for the team. and i do think he is a good passer
@docbaddoc sorry but I saw this comment and can't help but disagree with a couple of the guys on your list. I agree about CP, Nash, and Kidd. Rondo and Parker, nahh. Rondo, yea he's good on both sides, but makes waaay too many mistakes/risks (same with Russell Westbrook). Parker, he was better 2-3 years ago+never lived up completely to the hype after the championships. I'd put in Deron Williams at 2, just because, I mean 25+ pts, 12+ assists, and decent boards. The 5th, because of potential:Wall
@angellord1 yea that list was kinda off the top of the head but looking back at it i would replace tony with Deron but I as far as Rondo goes I don't think he takes too many more risks than the others. I think his only TRUE weakness is his scoring. And I like Westbrooke aswell he just needs more experience distinguishing when to help score and just live/die with what your superstar does. and I actually never got a chance to see wall play this season so my intel on him isn't that great.
@docbaddoc Yea, I understand. I honestly made a mistake while writing that. I was thinking of Westbrook's risks, not Rondo. The reason I wouldn't put him on the list is because he's too inconsistent. Besides his assists, his numbers for each game fluctuate way too much and he's too volatile. I like Wall because he's really mature for his age, and his game shows it. His potential is incredible.
@angellord1 Well I see your point about Rondo as far as his numbers besides assist. but he is on a team that pretty much just needs him to distribute. but when the playoffs come (when healthy) he has shown he can handle a scoring load. he just needs to work on that jumper. And ya westbrook is a Risky one.
@docbaddoc I understand your side, but when your numbers go from say 20 pts, 16 reb, and 13 ast in one game; to 2 pts, 2reb, and 15 ast in the next; you know that you need to work on consistency. Yes, he can hold a scoring load. He's done it. Now let's see him average 10-12 pts, 4-5 reb, and 10-11 ast on a regular basis. Then I can put him in the top 5
@angellord1 I see you. but the only reason he's in my top five is because he is one of the few who plays both sides of the ball, plus a pg's first task is to play qtr back to the rest of the team. and he does do those two things as good as anybody.
@docbaddoc ok I respect that, but (and I just thought about this now), if you want someone that plays both sides extremely well, consistently, AND can be an amazing floor general, then I'll go with my veteran Chauncey Billups.
@angellord1 That is true, and I Guess they are forreal because they sure put a beating on the lakers last night. I kno its early in all but they looked good.
Wow. The 2nd last off-the-board rebound putback was actually better than a dunk. J-WILL aka WHITE CHOCOLATE! You'll always be remembered as the joy of the NBA! We'll miss your beautiful passes, J-Will!
One of the most dazzling players of this past decade, probably only trailing Vince Carter as far as most exciting to watch. He was the heart of that Sacramento team that caught the world's attention in the 1999-2001 era. He was main reason I loved those Sacramento Kings more than any other team besides my own (Rockets).
@KiLaBehindU Okay all jokes aside, White Chocolate would have won easy back in his rookie year he was a beast but lately I'm not so impressed his turnover ratio has been terrible. I'd still like to see White Chocolate, and AI vs. Hot Sauce and Professor in a friendly 2 on 2.
MC hammer of Basketball lol hes perfectly healthy and everything but his career went to shit. i used to look up to him but he never matured as a basketball player..sad to see
i remember about 10 years ago when he made the fake behind the back pass popular. i tried it in a 13-14 year old basketball game once, got called for traveling, and my coach benched me the rest of the game.
A lot of people dont know that when he went to the Grizzlies he actually turned into one of the best PG's in the game (as an assist to turnover ratio)
Him and CWebb with Divac built the Kings. Nobody was watching their games but when everybody heard about Jason OOOOOO BOY. Everyday we had to see a highlight by him.
no. he won the championship in 2006. he was the starting point guard that time. wade was the #2 position. at least williams got one. unlike C-Webb, Peja at Divac (but has a championship experience with the Lakers as a rookie at 1991 NBA Finals against Chicago Bulls)
@ACelloFella he was in the rookie-sophomore game tho, i remember cuz it was the 1st time i saw him do that pass off his elbow, he was fun to watch in that game
@longview1987 Yeh, I saw that game too. He was so fun to watch. I was so glad he came back from retirement, and was even happier when he won a ring with Miami.
@ACelloFella why he never played in all star? I must admit that I don't undarstand that becouse I don't know much about why... injury problems? I mean I can't understand why wasn't picked HE IS ALL STAR HIMSELF.
@CroPETROforever Coaches didn't like him because he couldn't shoot and he turn the ball over alot. Thats why they(Kings) traded him to Memphis for Mike Bibby. I was voting for him in the All-Star starters but JKidd won that.
i just want to a kings game last night (kings lost to blazers at home). man what a lackluster game. REALLY wish jwill was back. the magoofs should never have traded him...
wigger is such a stupid word, by calling someone a wigger you are saying that he is copying black people, which in turn is saying that all black people act one way and talk one way, which is just another stupid stereotype in itself for another generation of impressionable kids to buy into and worship like its gospil. anyone who knows anything about bball knows that jwill is one of the most talented to come into the league even if he wasnt as good as he couldve been, and thats all they care about
5 Greatest passers in NBA history(no paticular order): Magic johnson, jason kidd, jason williams, john stockton. You know that Williams had to get his training from the hood playing street ball, just look at his style, so so sick, wow, nice vid, and nice song, (Cali Luv baby!)
I understand how this guys moves are crazy, and even though he travels a lot he doesn't get called for it because he's so smooth, but how did the refs miss the one at 0:38?
I love that move he put on Shawn bradley against dallas....he shitted on dude on twice....Hes creativity is crazy...he has to be the most deceptive guard in the NBA....u never know what to expect from my mans.....
Even though he got a title...the Heat are not his type of team. He is not used well in Miami. I would like to see him on a running team before he gets too old. Exciting player in the open court. WV boy.
If I were drafting a team based on their youtube highlights, I'd draft Jason Williams #2, right behind Vince Carter.

That was a hell of a year for rookie highlights with Williams and Vince going at it night after night!

@jason60152 hmm tough one. idk about my era but i'll go who i think is the top 5 right now.
1.Chris Paul (scoring ,passing, pretty good defender)
2.Steve Nash( seems to get better with age )
3.Rondo( he plays both sides of the ball)
4.Tony Parker ( pretty consistent player)
5.Jason Kidd(Always will be one of the greatest passers ever)
with this list I mostly went with pg's who can change the game by passing only

jaXon williamZ? who's that? style over substance always; very happy he was never on a team that i liked, but an entertaining player.

the closes thing to a modern day pistol pete

I'd be too scared to be on this guy's team. I'd never know when a pass is coming. I'd end up getting hit in the face by the ball so many times.

he was fun to watch back in the day, one of the best no look passers ever

White Chocolate vs. The Professor? Who wins?
The79Machine 10 months ago
@The79Machine white chocolate hands down imo
KiLaBehindU 10 months ago
@KiLaBehindU the problem is they both need someone to pass too. jk =)
The79Machine 10 months ago
@The79Machine lol
KiLaBehindU 10 months ago
@KiLaBehindU Okay all jokes aside, White Chocolate would have won easy back in his rookie year he was a beast but lately I'm not so impressed his turnover ratio has been terrible. I'd still like to see White Chocolate, and AI vs. Hot Sauce and Professor in a friendly 2 on 2.
The79Machine 10 months ago
Dude makes it look so easy. One of the main reasons I love the sport so much.

MC hammer of Basketball lol hes perfectly healthy and everything but his career went to shit. i used to look up to him but he never matured as a basketball player..sad to see
Julzthasimile 11 months ago
i remember about 10 years ago when he made the fake behind the back pass popular. i tried it in a 13-14 year old basketball game once, got called for traveling, and my coach benched me the rest of the game.
RyanSeabreastDOTcom 11 months ago 5
A lot of people dont know that when he went to the Grizzlies he actually turned into one of the best PG's in the game (as an assist to turnover ratio)
tallglassofwater007 11 months ago
he was so entertaining to watch...

This is mesmerizing stuff. He definitely made his mark in Basketball history. What ever happened to him?? Drugs?
gyromancy2 11 months ago
Him and CWebb with Divac built the Kings. Nobody was watching their games but when everybody heard about Jason OOOOOO BOY. Everyday we had to see a highlight by him.
mistanderson 1 year ago
before, i hate him. coz he should passed the ball in the right person but not in a fancy way. but lately, i appreciate his passing skills
triplehbk99 1 year ago
no. he won the championship in 2006. he was the starting point guard that time. wade was the #2 position. at least williams got one. unlike C-Webb, Peja at Divac (but has a championship experience with the Lakers as a rookie at 1991 NBA Finals against Chicago Bulls)

At 3:24 , forget breaking ankles, that was murdering ankles.

Too bad the guy was never able to get into an All Star game. That would have been fun to watch.
ACelloFella 1 year ago
@ACelloFella he was in the rookie-sophomore game tho, i remember cuz it was the 1st time i saw him do that pass off his elbow, he was fun to watch in that game
longview1987 1 year ago
@longview1987 Yeh, I saw that game too. He was so fun to watch. I was so glad he came back from retirement, and was even happier when he won a ring with Miami.
ACelloFella 1 year ago
@ACelloFella why he never played in all star? I must admit that I don't undarstand that becouse I don't know much about why... injury problems? I mean I can't understand why wasn't picked HE IS ALL STAR HIMSELF.
CroPETROforever 1 year ago
@CroPETROforever Coaches didn't like him because he couldn't shoot and he turn the ball over alot. Thats why they(Kings) traded him to Memphis for Mike Bibby. I was voting for him in the All-Star starters but JKidd won that.
mistanderson 1 year ago
@mistanderson that's a shame... kidd is legend, but... jason was unique

@longview1987 but williams won a championship, in Miami Heat
triplehbk99 1 year ago
@triplehbk99 he was with them that year? cool good for him i didnt know that

Jason Williams plays "black" playmaker style basketball better than blacks XD P.S: Don't take this in racist way, just remark :)

Jason Williams is the biggest wigger of all time.
Worse than Vanilla Ice.
I've never seen anyone more phony
orlfred 3 years ago
your crazy you know nothing about the guy you wish you could play like that cracker!
apbtgame20 3 years ago
wigger is such a stupid word, by calling someone a wigger you are saying that he is copying black people, which in turn is saying that all black people act one way and talk one way, which is just another stupid stereotype in itself for another generation of impressionable kids to buy into and worship like its gospil. anyone who knows anything about bball knows that jwill is one of the most talented to come into the league even if he wasnt as good as he couldve been, and thats all they care about

5 Greatest passers in NBA history(no paticular order): Magic johnson, jason kidd, jason williams, john stockton. You know that Williams had to get his training from the hood playing street ball, just look at his style, so so sick, wow, nice vid, and nice song, (Cali Luv baby!)
mbtoober 3 years ago
Lol I'm not gonna take your word for it because that's only four passers. Learn to count and maybe I'll believe you :P
(By the way, steve nash should be in that list)

Well done! I really enjoyed that. Great passing impresses me more than scoring. Nice choice on the tune.

I understand how this guys moves are crazy, and even though he travels a lot he doesn't get called for it because he's so smooth, but how did the refs miss the one at 0:38?
whidbey23 4 years ago
I love that move he put on Shawn bradley against dallas....he shitted on dude on twice....Hes creativity is crazy...he has to be the most deceptive guard in the NBA....u never know what to expect from my mans.....

do you know how bad his knees are he is to old now but i do agree he would be sick backing someone like nash or running in dallas
josephthegreat 5 years ago
Even though he got a title...the Heat are not his type of team. He is not used well in Miami. I would like to see him on a running team before he gets too old. Exciting player in the open court. WV boy.
