FYI, it's already dead.. the chefs have to cut it quickly for the meat to be fresh but the fish are already dead.. it's just the nerves that makes it move. Same with human, when you die sometimes the nerves make your hands and legs move.

If you go to a morgue you can sometimes here groans from the mouths of dead people. After you die all your muscles contract and when the chest muscles start contracting it forces whatever air is left in your lungs out and you make a groan. lol We play pranks at the morgue all the time. Put someone *alive* in a body bag and put them on the tray and slide them into the freezer. Bring someone down and have them pull him out, as he starts to open the body bag the person inside jumps out. We've had a few pairs of wet pants pulling that trick. After we do that we leave the new guy on night patrol and that's usually when bodies start groaning. Best part is that the night patrol gets locked "in" the building. :D
