Your video is well intentioned but you spend little time covering the causes of the affordability problem, which are tax payer funded property speculation, i.e. negative gearing, deliberate land supply shortages created by state government's misguided urban consolidation policies, and in the case of Sydney, 50,000 extra residents p/a. Unless you have the courage to discuss these issues you will get nowhere. Please view the Youtube videos by Cyrius01 and Wildhiland for more information.
