I'm guessing, but I think the one playing the baby could be Fran Brill or Stephanie D'Abruzzo. Stephanie D'Abruzzo seems to have a similar voice to Fran Brill. Also since this was in 2004. Unless anyone disagrees.

Then it must be Stephanie D'Abruzzo maybe unless I'm wrong. I can tell by the voice around 1:08-1:10 that is something to Stephanie D'Abruzzo. Can't think of any other female Muppeteer with that kind of voice since its not Pam Arciero.

But you're right since I can tell at the end that Fran Brill did the baby.
