Dude, there wasn't an "earthquake prediction" dated on the 13th while it was still the 12th. The USGS reports times as UTC time. Your local time is 11:11 p.m., UTC is anywhere from 5-9 hours ahead of the US, depending on which time zone you live in. *This* is "what you really wanted to get into?" Really? Non-story on the "predictions" on the USGS page. I would recommend using a time converter before putting out erroneous information like that.
