Wai Kroo is the respect to you instructor, Ram Muay is the "dance" when the fighter stands up. Ram=Dance

Wai=Respect ,Kroo= Teacher

@surininside. Since, Muay Thai is very spiritual. Wai actually mean praying or summoning and Kroo mean teacher. Together, it mean praying or summoning your teacher in the past (ancestral), and present as a respect or for guidance and protection. Ram Muay is summoning the power or the chi within your boxing (Muay).
