I'm 41, and have never been a vegetarian, but the vast majority of long-time (male) vegetarians I've ran across are either frail little pussies or big fat slobs (there's no meat in doughnuts).

I understand the theory of controling our food but vegitarians are healthier and makes humans stronger and more healthy and gives us more stamina in all studies done, so long as the food is nutritianaly complete. Look how big and strong a Horse or a gorilla is! they are both vegitarians!

wrong, most vegans i know are pastey white and weak immunities. Meat is important for "human" diet", like ever seen a vegan cat? no such thing. k-9 teeth are in your head for a reason. problem is not the meat, its the type of meat we eat, like pork as apposed to fish. fish and chicken not healthy? do some more homework and not propaganda studies that wasnt us all eating like rabbits so we are week.
