This video is the biggest load of junk I have ever seen. Junk science.
If this video was true than mostly everyone would have great skin, because mostly everyone eats fish, peanut butter, and walnuts, and multivitamins.
Main causes of aging would be:
1. Stimulants (refined sugars, caffeine, vitamin pills, energy drinks, drugs)
2. Lack of sleep (less than 10 hours per day)
3. Cooked foods (dehydrated foods that act like stimulants, hard to digest, etc)

1. A multivitamin is not necessary if you are eating a good variety of food.
