What if we do an experment to the contrary, people with uniforms are told it's their job "to help." People tell others what a valued member of the team they are...
...Things like this work in child rearing, if you have a child who tends to be irresponsible you can tell him "you are responsible for such & such..." it becomes his mission to live up to the role
