@rogersmg for pants, i suggest using just normal sweatpants, they feel really good when freerunning and doesnt restrict your movement. and for shoes it depends, but i use the k swiss ariake, they have really good grip. or you could get the kalenji's or the KO's.

@daze3movement Complaining about it won't change it, You shouldn't blame the media as a whole because they are ignorant to what it really is and people don't always explain exactly what it is so they just go off of what they are told. Instead of complaining you should be training and teaching others and explaining what parkour really is to new comers so they can understand exactly what it is and you can keep the true essence of what it is alive in us all.
@ETEparkour I do agree with you, but in addition to what you said I would also say that many just settle for what is good enough, I personally think we should pursue some worthy goals and targets every day. I mean, every time I look at a good parkour video, or even tricking, people like Joe Eigo, Anis, Vellu and many more I feel that somehow I just don't put enough effort in. I would again agree about what you said about teaching others, even informing at least.
@Canizarezqw I met him recently. He's on a world tour and I went to a gym session with him when he was in Miami. He's a great guy. I just wish he'd brought Sebastien and David, maybe even Daniel.

In the documentaries with Foucan ( jump london, jump britain ) he by himself, uses both words (parkour/freerunning) to describe the discipline.
In a interview Shaun Belle Din ( former yamakasi ) says he dont use the word "parkour".

Just seeing Daniel, David and Sebastien together was absolutely amazing!
but honestly, im kinda disappointed though. i expected to hear them all talking together and discussing, but the only word we heard from Belle was 'good'.I also wanted to see them all or just daniel training on Dame du Lac, but there was almost no movement in this video...
