George W. Bush was second, followed by Bill Clinton, Nelson Mandela, and Bill Gates. Mr. Obama's personal likeability remains high, although his approval rating is 48%. Interestingly, President Reagan's post-midterm approval rating was 41%. Mr. Obama is looking good. Re-election is looking good.
