For Peter Parker you need 50 city events, 50 tokens and complete the *5th* johnny storm race. I thought it was the 4th race as well before it didn't work.

If you haven't done the race when you unlock it wear your hoodie make sure it is night time (there is two night times make sure you do the late night one that you play in when your Venom in Story Missions and then you will get a RED HOODIE its a cool costume. WARNING: I have not tryed this but I did a race at night time it isn't bad I did the 2nd one at night.

Im a better swinger than him, no doubt, hes not bad but iv got a perfecion on the 5th race, when i beat him he was way to far from me, there is a secret how to swing super fast, before you swing press x then swing, it gives you super boost, you have to do it at the right time, im going to make my vids soon.

I tried it about 10-15 times. I made it right to the very end about 3 or 4 times but always screwed up on the last marker.

Update: Just beat it. Its hard the first few times until you learn where all the markers are then its just about trying not to make a mistake becuase its really a once chance deal, you miss somthing and you're done. I had such a hard time on the last marker. Everytime I got close the camera would go crazy and id fall off the building or over shoot the jump.
