generally, this is well known in the community, but i'm glad someone made a vid of it. the double upB carried over from brawl, but, since brawl gave it a fall state, it didn't work. the inability to do it directly from ground was also from brawl.
i wonder how well this would work if you 'EW' around a ledge and downwards, with a dair. never tried it myself (i bet the ledgegrab is a pain to avoid).
