I think you can only get it if you have "jailbroken" your ipod or iphone, which is not only illegal, apple has now made impossible. And if something goes wrong, your ipod or iphone is no longer insured. Im not going to go through it in detail, but in order to "jailbreak" your ipod or iphone, you have to first restore the ipod and make it have the original 1.1.1 software. Now, whenever you restore your ipod, it automatically updates your ipod software to the latest software version.
