  • FAIL, Your not suposet oo have hard back too the vest when testing, the human body has give too it. your supose too have a cla y backing for the vest too rest on you stupid kids. you can upgrade the vest with sheer thickening fluid. Liquid body armor has been out since 2009 and dirt cheap too do it yourself with your own kevlar. Its like super kevlar when you treat it with 3 different chemicals.

  • yeah, and sheriff's adjunct shot me :D

  • I shot the sheriff. But I swear I thought he had a vest.

  • cool your a shit shot

  • How old is that Browning?

  • wow that is horrible shooting. If my attacker shoots like that I may not even need a vest!

  • That's impressive, you immediately knew the distance at which he shot the firearm.

  • @Velacroix I dunno if that commet was directed towards mine but it would be rediclous testing out a ballistic vest using a 9mm pistol ad a distance greater then 25 yards. That being said an ideal distance would be from 5-15yds and more like 7.

  • I bet the stabby robbot in futurama could puncture that

  • nice vest shame m8ty cant aim for shit

  • Is this vest rated for stab protection? If it is not that makes sence. Basically any vest not rated for knife protection will allow a knife to past through it. It all depends on the material and the fibers weave. Remember not "bulletproof", "bullet-resistent".

  • @DMB4264 yes cause eventually the vest will allow bullets to go through just like a ''bulletproof'' car!

  • hey guys anyone no what duraflex panels are in level 3 ballistic stab vests

  • bullet RESISTANT it can be that but in cases it is what type of vest you have a level III-A will stop all pistol cailber and a steel plate from a hardarmour level III will stop rifle and prove (stabproof) but still use the plate with a RESISTANT fiber (DEMMYE or something like that) inside your keviar and also get a polyhetene fiber with Awtex. and the aramid so called keviar with stab RESISTANT layer and then have a stab proof coating and then a RIFLE plate for rifle protection.

  • but too make a level III-A a level III is puting in a level II plate, or a somewhat other plate so it can be a rife' threat level and a pistol and (STABPROOF) unstead of anti stab. but use a anti stab and then put a stabproof in the outer carrier and then put a rubber trama plate at the end of the inside of the protection sack =)

  • then wear a keviar ski mask with 2 holes. and most people go for center mass you know that. and with the keviar ski mask also wear a tac helment =)

  • i got a IIIA wit a trauma plate so im good wit the knife, but niggaz shoot for the head!

  • fuck of you racist go an fuck your mum or somthing

  • im not a racist you bitch! im black. i didn't used "NIGGAZ". i didn't use the E and R. my comment was supposed to say, "i got a lllA with a trauma plate so im good with a knife, but people shoot for the head." is that better for you? next time look how the word is used and then say something.

  • the reason that gun was used coz on the inside it says it can stop a 9mm & a certain type of magnum. i have the same vest. The Riot Police use them or ust to. think they use full bullet proof. but its defo bulletproof if it can stop bullets....only certain obvs

  • he was shooting 9mm full metal jacket

of course those rounds are not going to do much damage towards a IIA or II vest try a bigger round. that ves was a IIA if i had to money on it.

  • Those look like 40 cal

  • Bob Marley...duh

  • Whats with the music?

  • That's a bullet RESISTANT vest, no vest claims to be bullet proof, and they are not stab proof or even resistant, a friend of mine, a police officer was stabbed with a screw driver through his level 3 vest. You probably wouldn't be able to stab through the trauma plate, but that didn't appear to have one.

  • There are vests that are rated for ballistic and stab/slash.

  • yes, I believe it's due to the fine woven fibers of the vest? If I remember correctly the knife can push the fibers aside on soft armor and penetrate, but the stab proof vest are woven in such a way that keeps the knife from pushing them aside and keeping it from penetrating.

  • from the stabbing u would still get a bruise from the impact if they do it hard but u wouldnt have a serious wound

  • Is that a Browning? Who owns a Browning anymore? But seriously, thank you for shooting your vest up for the 2 minute enjoyment of us, youtubers. You might not have met us, you might never will, and there is no guarantee that you will like us if you ever do, but we're worth your $1000 dollar vest....So, good move on your part...again, thanks...

  • Something* not someone, for God's sake

  • Not remembering to support body armour with someone that has density of a human body, like a ballistic gel torso or a box full of clay= fail.

  • LOL
