A gills purpose is to filter, so fish receive Oxygen. Without water they would dry up and die. So all fish can breath 'air'. Think before you type, don't troll and call names.

I bought one of these when i first set up my 30 gal tank. He was about 3 inches long. After a couple years he was about 10 inches long and was taking over the tank, killing other fish at night. Good for cleaning the bottom but an evil looking fish. I really liked the corys.

OMG!!! that's centimeters. not inches...

the biggest plecos get to about 30-40 cm, that's about 1 foot. sometimes more, but hardly over 60-70 cm. ~2 feet.

but that's only in the wild, and maybe in large display tanks.
