The PAL version of Luigi's Mansion is much harder. You have to get 150.000.000G to get the A rank instead of the 100.000.000G in other versions. The funny thing is that the maximum amount of G to get in the mansion is about 142.000.000G. You HAVE to go to the hidden mansion, witch is also harder, but cooler since you can ride the Polterghust 3000 in the Boolossus fight.

I am so jealous of the European version of the game! Especially in the Hidden Mansion, because:

1) It's mirrored.

2) The rocking horses during Chauncey's fight go in a zig zag through the air.

3) You get to ride the Poltergust 3000 during the Boolossus fight!!!!

Good job, Sir Weston is a pain in the ass if your going for gold. He's the hardest for me because of the icicles, slippery floor and he randomly breaks free. I've spent 4 hours on him and no success yet. But I will not give up! I spent 3 hours on Slim Bankshot and finally got gold.

@ShadowLucario78 It took me 7 hours to get the gold frame for Sir Weston, and I have no strategy for how to do it. It's complete luck as far as I can tell. Luckily, the rest of the game is easy for trying to get the maximum amount of money and gold frames :)

To get a gold frame on a boss ghost, your health cannot dip below 90 HP. To get a gold frame on everybody else, you have to suck at least 90 HP out of them in one try and collect all nine pearl things. I'm working on Sir Weston right now, who sucks, but I also found Mr. Luggs and Biff Atlas a bit of a pain in the ass. As far as the debate on whether some of these frames are bronze or gold, I can't comment because I'm color blind.

Oooooo, o.o, I did Bogmire's fight today and I started with 90 HP, now I know I should always go into a boss fight with 100 HP! Most portrait ghosts (excluding bosses), I can suck 100 HP in just one try, but Mr. Luggs, I got him down to 27 HP the first try, and Biff Atlas is always hard for me. I can do about every other ghost in just one try.

Getting A mansion in Europe is harder than in the USA. In USA you need to get 100.000.000, but in Europe you need to get 150.000.000... That's why I always get a B mansion.
