this song has described my life for the past few years.... my grandpa died 2 years ago from lung cancer. he was a great man. he was like my father he raised me and made me who i am today, i live so i can struggle to be half the man he was. then just when i got to where i could sleep through the night without waking up in terror and crying my bestfriend died. He was hit by a drunk driver while he stopped to help an old lady on the side of the road, she had a heartattack, he called 911
In the end everyone is judged, whether it be a good judgement or bad, Be it by the people at their wake or the people that judged them like a book cover upon the first meeting.
And this is just me, but I've lost 7 family members in my life and 5 friends, so those who honestly think they have it bad, sure you do. But you know what I've learned from my pain? It may not ever go away but you can do one thing too honor everyones memory that meant your whole world too you. You can move on, keep busy and live on, thats what Im doing daily with my own family now. ALSO DO NOT keep it bottled up like I did for around 3 years after I donated my OWN bone marrow too my sister.. \m/

My friend stepped forward to try and reason with him, and he just pulled the trigger. Shot him straight in the heart. The thug bolted and I watch as the light in my friend's eyes is extinguished forever. This song helps express the pain of that kind of loss. It is comforting to know that he is in a better place. Although I do not believe in an afterlife, I do not believe we exist for nothing either. I think there is something out there, watching us, guiding us to a destiny. Just not a god.
This song is so passionate in it's expression of sorrow and pain. It describes my situation at the moment. I can't, CAN'T believe that my friend is really gone. You never really understand what you have until it is gone, and the sacred bond of friendship is something that can't be replaced. My friend died in a mugging gone wrong, a mugging that I witnessed and tried to prevent. We were just walking home from the movies and this thug just stepped out and pulled a gun on us.

@Demonmkid29 Yeah. I know. He died about a year ago and then I found this song and it help me get my life back together. It hurt so much but pain can't stop until it truly begins. I had to watch my best friend die in my arms. There was absolutely nothing I could do about it and to this day it haunts me. I think "I should've done something." I tried to but as too late, as soon a my friend stepped forward to reason with him he pulled the trigger and it was all over as quick as it began.
@Demonmkid29 Luckily all of my friends and family helped me through it and I try to live my life to the fullest and be the best version of me that I can be. I know he would've wanted that. And sometimes when I'm down and feeling depressed, I feel like he's watching over me and that he's saying "just keep going bro! I never quit so why should you?" And he didn't. He fought for his life every second he was alive. May he sleep well and have a better life next time. Can't be worse for you.

In fifth grade, I was just beginning to know him. I hung out with him and his care-taker at lunch recess. He always thought he was out fishing on a boat when we played, on a fishing trip. He even "saved" me from a "whale"! He was suck a nice kid. He died two years ago, and I still cry because of it...

This reminds me of a kid I knew in elementry school. His name was Carl. He had a disease, I forget what it was called... But he was born a normal child, but over time, He went blind, became mentally and physically slow... and all that stuff.

and stood by her until they arived.... the moment the ambulance arrived the drunk driver hit him took the driver side door off and flipped her own car.... she did this going about 90 mph.... the old lady made it to the hospital and was asking the doctors about matt (my friend) they told him she didnt make it. the next day i went to see her in the hospital and asked her how she was, she said that because she had a living angel looking after her she had made it, and that he will be in her heart

this song has described my life for the past few years.... my grandpa died 2 years ago from lung cancer. he was a great man. he was like my father he raised me and made me who i am today, i live so i can struggle to be half the man he was. then just when i got to where i could sleep through the night without waking up in terror and crying my bestfriend died. He was hit by a drunk driver while he stopped to help an old lady on the side of the road, she had a heartattack, he called 911

And this is just me, but I've lost 7 family members in my life and 5 friends, so those who honestly think they have it bad, sure you do. But you know what I've learned from my pain? It may not ever go away but you can do one thing too honor everyones memory that meant your whole world too you. You can move on, keep busy and live on, thats what Im doing daily with my own family now. ALSO DO NOT keep it bottled up like I did for around 3 years after I donated my OWN bone marrow too my sister.. \m/

My friend stepped forward to try and reason with him, and he just pulled the trigger. Shot him straight in the heart. The thug bolted and I watch as the light in my friend's eyes is extinguished forever. This song helps express the pain of that kind of loss. It is comforting to know that he is in a better place. Although I do not believe in an afterlife, I do not believe we exist for nothing either. I think there is something out there, watching us, guiding us to a destiny. Just not a god.

This song is so passionate in it's expression of sorrow and pain. It describes my situation at the moment. I can't, CAN'T believe that my friend is really gone. You never really understand what you have until it is gone, and the sacred bond of friendship is something that can't be replaced. My friend died in a mugging gone wrong, a mugging that I witnessed and tried to prevent. We were just walking home from the movies and this thug just stepped out and pulled a gun on us.

@Demonmkid29 Yeah. I know. He died about a year ago and then I found this song and it help me get my life back together. It hurt so much but pain can't stop until it truly begins. I had to watch my best friend die in my arms. There was absolutely nothing I could do about it and to this day it haunts me. I think "I should've done something." I tried to but as too late, as soon a my friend stepped forward to reason with him he pulled the trigger and it was all over as quick as it began.

@Demonmkid29 Luckily all of my friends and family helped me through it and I try to live my life to the fullest and be the best version of me that I can be. I know he would've wanted that. And sometimes when I'm down and feeling depressed, I feel like he's watching over me and that he's saying "just keep going bro! I never quit so why should you?" And he didn't. He fought for his life every second he was alive. May he sleep well and have a better life next time. Can't be worse for you.

Still, every time someone comments I say the same prayer. It represents my own beliefs. I'm agnostic. I don't know think God exists, but there must be something guiding us. So this is my prayer.

@hankock1015 Does it matter how long ago it happened? Pain like that never goes away. I still feel that pain today. Everyone who talks to me adds a bandage to the wound, but it just keeps bleeding. It'll bleed for the rest of my life. But I don't care. Cause I know Jase is up there, being hard on me, telling me to be a better person and to live my life the way he'd lived. I pray he's at peace and that he has a better life. He never stopped fighting his demons so why should I ever stop fighting?

It does matter how long ago it happened, you can't cling too memories the rest of your life, just like a judge one sentences others once, thats when you remember and hold it. You WILL remember it forever, but like my sister said before she passed from lukemia "Don't ever forget me, But dont let me bring you down, Im in your memories, holding you as tightly as I know you hold me memories" So, I guess, in a nutshell those we love never forget us.
