What should I do if I want to trace an IP and get an actual name of the owner? Cause someone downloaded a photo of my lil sis on her blogg and when I checked him up it was located in a pretty famous swedish pedofile neigbourhood... x_x So can someone help me how to get the ACTUAL name of the owner?

u can just type tracert then ur website. Nslookup just makes the process longer.
