Yea... i wouldn't recommend working the bolt like that because i have a SA58 and the bolt broke from doing that. Luckily, airsoft atlanta was kind enough to give me a new one...
Its pretty neat. I know there are other AEG's that have the bolt function but it's my first one :P I will later when I get soe of my stuff back a few pieces are out getting repaired by my buddy. The armory has gotten smaller and changed a bit.
I went back to school so sold allot of the more blining stuff and got stuff that is a bit more functinal. Still some neat stuff tho :P
I am not a fan of EBB pistols they tend to shoot pretty weak and are not that nice. At least not the ones I have seen. Try looking for a GBB, they are more fun to use and fire and reasonably priced in the U.S. $150 or so you could get somthing decent.

Most EBB's just are not very effective pistols as far as I have seen. GBB's are not very expensive to run. Just buy a propane adapter then you can shoot all day at low cost.
If you wanna play in your Civs then go ahead. You may just stick out a bit more. It all depends on the players budget and how they like to play. Usually a airsoft player is into realistic looking gear otherwise they would be playing paintball.

@radnomppl Actually the L1A1 is the British version of the FAL, the SA-58 is the American Version of the FAL.

do you feal that airsoft gear is nerisary? such as clothing im preatty sure im getting holsters but not sure about getting vest pants and shirts
