San Diego planning commission affirmed the appeal of the year round rope barrier today, the vote was unanimous 7-0 . The rope will NOT be up year round but will go up on Dec. 15 to May 15 the rope is JUST a guide line and it is NOT illegal to cross it to access the water...Harassment of people will most likely increase!

Wow! Their dedication has made such an impact! It's truly amazing how many changes and accomplishments just 2 people have made & in such a short time. I can definately see why they are the Couple of the Decade. Inspiration at it's finest ~ Keep up the amazing work!

Excellent choice to win! They use their brains and compassion and fight for a just cause ... the helpless that cannot speak for themselves. Championing something into law takes so much effort, diligence, guts and more - congrats to Kath and Bryan. Also great last name phonetically similar to what they bring about for animals ...Peace.
