  • can someone please give me there opinion on what you think is more tiring punching a heavy bag as hard as you can with gloves or shadow boxing with 3lb hand weights and punching as hard as you can with those? thanks

  • it's extremely hard if you do 30 second intervals punching as fast and hard as you can

  • This is great I luv it it's like tabata intervals but utilizing the equipment on a 2 two one basis! sweet as m8, nice design bro!!

  • 30 seconds..up and down on the bag "head and body shots"....

    Then 30 seconds normal combinations and movement.

    Do that back and forth for 3 minutes..with only a 40 second break inbetween each "round"..!

    Then shadow box for 3 minutes with 3 pound hand weights..in your hands..

  • i like this drill. I do it for minute long intervals with 30 second breaks for a total of 12 sets.
