  • As he using a pc

  • 2 legged horse... PFFT!

  • *gloomy music breaking into the store at night*

    Alright let's do this!

    *happy shop music*

    Goddamnit!

  • How do you get a horse?

  • also, the horse has four legs, how do I know this? It's obvious; when you look way up while riding a horse, the bugger looks up with you- he must be standing on his hind legs. QED.

  • loved the silly shop-tavern song! I used to rob The Odd Blades- best damn shop in game :D

  • I guess 3 is the magical loathing number? Will more than 3 hours loathing attract the guards?

  • omg forget skyrim this is so much better... and that jolly song that totaly dont make me wanna kill myself

  • I have a question, didn't Bethesda release a freeware version of Daggerfall recently and where can I download it. If not can I install Daggerfall onto my laptop without having to download anything extra?

  • @TarlZaralka

yes, dosbox so you can actually INSTALL and RUN the game.

  • What happens if you sleep in any of the towns instead of waiting?

  • @MasterLPG Arrested for Vagrancy

  • lolz when you went outside the music was the castle music instead of the civilization music.

  • The books are very expensive...that is what i steal from the shops BOOKS

  • 8:53 The horse sounds like it has two legs because what you actually bought was a horse head at the end of a broomstick, and you're just galloping around. True story.

  • It's really jarring how the music outside in Grimfort was calm, and then he goes into steal mode and then the happy little inside-a-building theme plays. I was ready for some intense thieving action, but I guess the game music had other plans.

  • Hoo boy, that shop song sure brings back memories! I had a glitch in DF that would occasionally cause one note to remain sustained while the rest of the song kept playing. So you'd have that awful song going, and on top of that, one shrill note going EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE over it :/

  • @elstormo LOL, yeah, I hate it when that happens. Even when you turn the music volume all the way down it just keeps going like a ringing in your ears.

  • @numidium3 It was the stuff of nightmares. Then again, music like Eerie made it all okay.

  • Don't you get more money for gear if you sell it at lousier stores, where the mice run about in the sacks and such?

  • @kevnar Yes, but I just went to the first store I saw because I'm lazy.

  • i swear God i had been breaking in that poor fella's shop in Daggerfall until i could afford a house, a ship and a cart! spent almost a week without sleep. i mean a week IRL))) btw those carts were awesome! you guys ever tried driving it fullspeed into a staircase? The flight sure makes ghost rider look like an amateur))

  • Im a huge TES fan and would love to play through Daggerfall. The only problem is i cant get through Privateers Hold. The only reason why is i cant figuer out how to swing my sword affectively. ill do it a few times fine then it just wont work. i know u have to click and drag it across the screen as if u were swinging to but it doesnt always work, yet i see people on youtube playing DF and killing things w/ ease. i would really appreciate some help from my fellow TES fans.

  • i hate to say this but that shop keeper looked like he was jackin off rofl:P

  • The book shops are were all the money is at, dude. If you're gonna go rob stores in towns, books are worth like 4k gp a piece.

  • You can get a horse an cart for free if you wait in the shop until closing time then you can just take stuff off the shelves like treasure. You can take infinite amounts of horses and carts off the shelves so you can sell them to the shop keeper for as much money as you need.

  • lol the horse is a cripple

  • 3:20 You know you can just jump over the edge of the wall right?

  • @vanhelsingfan1 Yeah, I know. I was rusty when I made this and I forgot that you could just fast-travel cautiously and always arrive in the daytime. :P

  • Will it be possible to leave the city?

  • @HackValkyr

    oh yes

  • this game looks so expansive, not as detailed as oblivion and morrowind but definatley bigger, i really want to install it but the installation with the DOSbox emulater is so confusing

  • @rareware6 There's at automated installer, you can find it from the daggerfall wikipedia page, I forget what it's called.

  • @rareware6 imagine having to use a console command like that to open EVERYTHING on your computer. Thank you Bill Gates for creating Windows!

  • @BigMac762

He basically copied the idea and design for windows from other people.

  • 1. u get the horse and wagon from the shelf?

    2. u could call it a werehorse

    3. they have the horse in this game and oblivion but not morrowind. Why?

  • 1. Its supposed to be like you buy it from the guy, and you get one from outside, but basically, yes, you buy it off a shelf

    2. You could also call it a magical horse in pocket.

    3. Morrowind is a much smaller game then oblivion, having a horse would probably make the world seem a bit too small. That, and also technical limitations.

  • But there is a mod for morrowind where you can mount packed gaurs. Just gotta search for it.

  • In Morrowind you're supposed to use the SiltStriders. Maybe the continent of Morrowind isn't as big?

  • @loraxe99 Because Morrowind was a game made for all the graphic-freak fanboy faggots. That's just my opinion, though.

  • @loraxe99 bethesda got lazy

  • lol sell what you steal from the same person and he doesnt notice one thing :)

  • @Deathdealership they changed that in morrowind but they changed it back to them not noticing a thing in Oblivion for some stupid reason

  • Nice!
