@KyleeWuvsLen you should make a new folder in the voices folder then rename it as your utauloids name. Then copy/paste all the recordings into there as .wav files and then when your using utau you can start a new file or open a ust and you should have the option to choose the utauloid you made if you saved it correctly.

@AnimeOnion I checked the links again and they're the same as they've always been. And japanese is required if you want to see the proper kanji but you CAN use it without it.

@Avidonna take your midi file, then load it in music masterworks(its not free but you can open and save files, the program comes with lots of other cool tools and stuff saving).

when its loaded just save as a new midi and it should be malleable with utau or other programs.

I'm not sure why it does this one theory I have is that somebody "copyrights" the file or something so it cant be manipulated around. I could be wrong but I do know i can pretty much make any ust with a midi and musicmasterwor

@ThexRandomxShyxGirl either you need to name your aliases and file names properly in romaji or japanese or your volumes slide, sometimes they slide on their own with utau which confused me at first. If neither of those work your probably doing it wrong.

What's the point of using a music program then? You really should invest in learning the basic mechanics of music, sheet music, and where to find notes on a piano. The musical skill it really takes to understand this program is something I could have done in elementary school. And it will help in the long run if you want to compose something that you can't easily fix with a program telling you how to use it.

@kater12me i use the program wavepad sound editor or i just make the visual/movie/picture then i upload that with the instrumental and the utauvocal wav file and mix it with windows movie maker. I have to save twice, one video for the instrumental/visual and then another video file of the finished lyrics. there are better programs and ways to do it. also im going to put this question into my next video.

@Azumangafan12 I think you have to put the English patch into the utau folder. Also if you see a bunch of symbols that look like jibberish, You might want to go into your regional and languages in control panel and install the japanese. It will be in japanese but it comes with a little drawing pad or you can type hirigana with a normal english keyboard with romanji. Or just copy paste it into google translator, Really theres alot of options. To be honest I reinstalled my utau program to japanese

SynthFont is a good program for isolating the lyric parts of midis if you find you have a complicated file. It would probably be a good addition to your system ^^.

@DreamyIlia UTAU can import MIDI files which turn into preplaced notes. Sometimes I find a midi song that synchs to the actual mp3 and just import and then spend a hour typing the lyrics in manually with alot of "left click bottom option". I found a good program recently called "Amazing MIDI" which actually turns your files into midi sequence and it works for almost every file type. You can enter the correct options to "Transcribe" the audio and then save it as a midi. This is good also its free

as for the white noise all i can think about that is: Check your sound settings in control panel. Sometimes my computer would change the "midi music playback" make sure it is your sound card or microsoft gs wavetable sw synth
