@Wappertjee Either get achievements, or just wait. Hats and Items are dropped randomly. like every 2 hours you'll find an item, every half year you find a hat; but if you get achievements you'll also get the items

I agree, the Huntsman does suck atm. It should be buffed to 150 or 160 damage fully charged to be anything worth considering over the ordinary sniper.

Everyone knows by now that the Huntsman is a blatantly inferior weapon to the Sniper Rifle. All Snipers know this. It's a horrible weapon because it relies too much on luck.

Anyone with half a brain can dodge the Huntsman's arrow, even at close range. You just have to HOPE that someone is going to pop around that corner, or they run into your arrow.

The Huntsman is flawed, hence why you see Snipers still only using the Sniper Rifle. You can't dodge hitscan.

@RebornOdin Acutuly i disagree, Although I see your point and I agree somewhat, the huntsman is based more off of predicting where the targets going to go, like for example, if theres a scout running I can snipe him easy, but with the hunts man I can shoot it where I predict he will be and hit, also the huntsman is much faster so when your aiming you dont have to worry as much about other snipers.

The huntsman is the second greatest weapon in the game. Rifel of course being first, but if you are good with the huntsman, u can get kill after kill after kill nonstop. No, no it isn't.

Compared to a hitscan weapon that kills in one shot to the head, its very UP. Though picking out key targets isn't what the huntsman is used for, as opposed to the rifle, its meant for short to mid range combat amongst all classes, allowing a steadier kill rate, though no bonus point from headshots. It all depends on how good you are with the regular rifle

As for the video, i have to say you're quite a poor shot. You missed most, and would often take pot shots at large crowds.

The huntsman takes practice, and you need to know when you can use jarate to help your team mates out, but overall I think you've shown what the huntsman can do, maybe not the best gamer with a huntsman but it was ok.

I use the SMG over Jarate and The razorback when i use the Huntsman because you cant react as fast as you cang with the SMG when enemies get really close to you.

No, you can get ANY unlock as any class. For example, I was playing demoman at the time of getting the Dead Ringer, and medic when I got the Huntsman.
