  • Man, I miss the WWF. The Attitude era was the shit! Nowadays, it's all crap.

  • 1:22 is this michael cole

  • 7:45 If I saw that in front of me (watch undertaker) I WOULD SHIT MYSELF!!!

  • Now that is a promo!

  • I think It's only fair for him to pass the torch to kane, but kane has to carry it right.

  • Undertaker should have made a paperview called "In Your Grave" .

  • @jordanbritt170 that sounds like it would have been awesome around 1999....sadly it's 2012 and theres guys running around named Dolp...and Zach.....sounds like a couple of pussy's not badasses......oh well...thank goodness for youtube

  • qhats the song at begining

  • I miss those days!

  • did you notice that the undertaker is wesring clothes like he did as the american bad ass (like at 1:28)

  • Does anybody know the date of Raw episode at 1.28?

  • @MrGioMaglia look up The Undertaker 1998 Era Vol. 23 (1/3)

  • I thought Kane and Mankind made a good tag team - I just wish Foley had gone back to wearing the brown Mankind shirt instead of that stupid shirt and tie

  • Amazing how the flashback footage makes it look as if Kane went down after just one stunner in a era where it took 3 tombstones to bring him down.

  • @BWade1815 That's how it happened, and I'm with you. It was silly. We all love Austin, he was amazing. But let's face it...he got roughly the same treatment as the likes of Cena when it came to overstating his ability in those types of matches.

  • Were Kane and Paul talking right before his pyro? It looks like it.

  • @DillonKeene yes he was. he told him somethin.. But, he was talkin to him tho.

  • does anyone know the date of this?

  • This is pretty much the combination of Death Valley Undertaker and the American Bad-Ass Undertaker, without the motorcycle

  • @DallasCowboys4ever

This is actually "vintage" Taker (1996-1998). Ministry Taker took the character to one satanic extreme, and the American Badass/Big Evil Taker went for the more human angle. Death Valley Taker is actually kinda dull compared to previous incarnations. He's more like when Taker first debuted WAY back and didn't say much.

And yet, it being Taker, he's awesome no matter what he's doing :)

  • whoever disliked the WWF era is a CENA lovin ROCK hatin WWE PG ERA LOVER

  • i love the undertaker you can go to hell vince and austin in the words of the deadman ah i love this era

  • Undertaker looks kinda fat in the promo

  • @ninjakills3 he was 330 pounds back then.

  • Is King holding panties in the beginning of the video!?

  • i think wf was beter then wwe.

    wf had beter superstars.

  • I just realized Taker is seen at ringside during the Austin/Kane match, but they showed him walkin down the ramp after the match..odd. Still an amazing promo tho!

  • Back in the day I wouldn't miss Raw is War, Shotgun Saturday, Heat and PPV's for anything in the world. Now I don't give a shit.

  • biker undertaker back in 98

  • i personally think the shows was visually better when it was filmed like this but times change i guess. This is pretty much when it was the best and most entertaining

  • lol king at 0:18

  • the gimmicks were so flawless bak then...can't say the same for today(R.I.P)

  • Beautiful chair shots.

  • 6:11 Greatest Undertaker theme ever made.

  • 2:02 "YOU WILL KNOW MY NAME AS THE LORD OF DARK NUTS"

  • ah the days when the creative team where actually creative

  • The letter "F" makes all the difference.

  • you can never see a great match like this today :\

  • you can put 100 of today wwe matches and still wont reach the level as this match can achieve. miss this classic moments.

  • RIP attitude era 1996-2004 mainly 1998-2001 but yeah king of the ring 1996 planted the seeds and wrestlemania 20 the rocks last match ended everything then we went to the cool ruthless agression era from 2004-2006 whch was cool a little then pg shit WHICH SUCKED 2006-2010 then awesome new era 2011- present

  • i think 1998 was the best year for wwf

  • Undertaker's theme is sick man ! amazing

  • And after 13 years we're down to just Calaway and Jacobs standing tall.

  • The reason I loved the Attitude Era was personified by Undertaker and Stone Cold. Anything could happen and you believed it.

  • @SCD999 Attitude's face was Stone Cold, but it was Mankind who brought Attitude to the table. \m/

  • @EpicFailChannel so much better than his gay American Badass shit

  • is this wen takers music changed from his old theme or waz it b4 this

  • @mnbfavor this was the debut

  • stone cold, taker, kane, mankind, rock, maybe even hulk hogan...they were the best of the best

  • I just don't understand why they don't bring this theme back...Johnny Cash? What?!

  • 4 outta the 5 wrestlers who made up that era; all that's missing is The Rock.

  • @dawnieangel76 sup triple h in there and you got a deal

  • @dohboy200 - Sorry, I have to disagree. I have no love for or admiration of HHH.

  • @dawnieangel76 I agree in some respects although I admire(d) his technical capabilities in the late 90's early 2000's. Either way though, DX made up era and he was the leader.

  • @dohboy200 - Oh, he was entertaining enough as part of DX, I won't deny that. But hell, even HE knew he wasn't good enough to last forever...so he married the McMahon princess and had kids with her, so he'd always have a place in the WWE. And benefit from its money.

  • The good old days and my childhood <3

  • kanes old song and entrance was the best!

  • One of the few times the Champs come out first.

  • JR really did sh*t his pants from undertakers pyro, you heard his little ''ohh'', but so did i as did everyone watching.............. Debut of the attitude theme......the memories live on............

  • the 4 minutes of the promo is better than some of PPV WWE has today

  • @TheFatalFX I agree!

  • The only wwe ppv i look forward to now is Wrestlemania , at least that's still decent!

  • @ashrole Yeah. These were the best times real not these today nothing about them is real :S

  • @spaintakula true and hey if u like taker check out my vid, i owrked really hard lol

  • Wrestling was fucking real back in the attitude era! ;D

  • The Greatest Wrestler ever 6:13 - 8:07

  • I miss the young in these superstars today..AGREE ?

  • @orichalcos16 what do you mean, you miss when young wrestlers were the main wrestlers, and not the old worn out fucks

  • @coanth i mean as people get old they change

  • the Undertaker's entrance is so cool

  • This was one of the best WWF/E storylines ever, IMO.

It had some actual originality and wasn't just 'He attacked him. Now they're gonna fight.'

  • GOD FUCKING DAMMIT! Wrestling was so fucking good back then!!!

  • i liked kane SO much better in the attire

  • Undertaker = the only man in existence who can make guyliner look butch!

    Taker FTW!!!

  • This is one of my favorite matches from the World Wrestling Federation and the buildup was just flawless

  • So what you're telling me is that when Undertaker faced Kane he had to tombstone him 3 times to get the three count but Austin can just do a single stunner and it's over?

  • @MyScaryScrotum i agree... BS

  • thumbs up......if u saw the american bad ass gimmick in this video.......;)

  • wow. Undertaker knows how to make a stunner look good

  • @EpicFailChannel your right its the debut of the theme , but this is an early version , its diferent to the one use in summer slam 98 and the CD WWF The Music VOL. 3

  • wow i forgot how much blood they used to use on this but now theres no blood

  • The only bad thing about this video is that no matter how much they tried, no matter who they brought back, or what characters they changed back to how they were, WWE could NEVER come close to anything this good. Ever.

  • This Kane's Attire Rox! =D

  • That was one badass promo to watch. They had so many good promos back in the day it was amazing. I don't watch WWE anymore because it's crap, but I could watch a promo and a match like this all day!

  • Vince: You EVIL, DIABOLICAL, excuse for a human being!

Taker: You Will Know My Name As The Lord Of Darkness.....Putting My 7 inch Foot UP UR ASS!!

FrankSixFeet: Fuck.......Can't Get Any Darker Then That.

  • is it me or does the background theme not fit?

  • @SCD999 its just you

  • Can you tell me where can i get this version of the undertaker's theme music? (the one he used at this pay per view)

  • Vince: You EVIL, DIABOLICAL, excuse for a human being!

Undertaker's response was probably: Thanks, I'm only doing what I do best: Kicking ass, breaking bones, and winning titles!

  • 1:00 stone cold stunner epic!

  • The one person who disliked this match must be a 7 year old PG fan who hated this match simply because Cena wasn't in it. XD

  • @MLC192 or because kane and the undertaker scard the fuck out of him

  • @MLC192 TRUE wrestling is not the same. Mostly all the superstars are wanna be's.

  • @MLC192 Screw Cena! Who disliked this match & for what reason? smh...some people just can't be pleased I guess

  • @MLC192 NICE

  • @MLC192 lol

  • Was at this event in Fresno. Damn time go's way to fast

  • Some of the best damn WWF wrestling ever. The whole build up, the wrestlers, the energy, the match. This will never be eqauled or surpassed.

  • One stone cold stunner unleashed a LEGACY !!!

  • @EpicFailChannel i liked that song that and the ministry song

  • Back when the tag team championship meant something... You will never see a tag team championship match main event a ppv again!!!

  • @EpicFailChannel

    was really good.

  • the 1 person who disliked is a gay WWE Fan

  • @SpartanNemesiz you do realize WWE and WWF are the same thing right? Never the less that one dislike is Hogan's man slave.

  • @MegaDside yes i do realize that im just saying its probrably a kid who likes the Pg Crap WWE or gay ass TNA

  • man, this kane was awesome. attire, mask and music. awesome

  • Badass guys in the ring. I lost all interest in wrestling, except, I only watch the old stuff.

  • these were the good days

  • austin is the fucking shit especially around this time

  • do you see the guy in the back ground doing the dx sign lol what year was this

  • @kameana3 1998

  • @EpicFailChannel greatest version of his theme ever!

  • excellent quality by the way. thank you for posting - this is one of my fav PPVs!

  • im 16 but i know the wrestling was way better back then, you had WCW, NWO, and all those.

  • If anybody want undertaker music this better one we all like let me know ill help you out I got ya

  • This is when WWF was popping son..now its wwe, kiss my ass but as long MY HOMETOWN FAM RANDY ORTAN KICKING ASS im alright!!!

  • This match was great... And stated from one of the greatest wrestlers of all time...

( Stone Cold Steve Austin )

That's all I got too say about that!!!

    Also stated from Austin,,,

Give me a Hell Yeah!!! If this match was 1 in a million!!!

  • at 1:28 who did austin face

  • @hassanpashto that was Darren Drozdov, or Droz for short

  • @hassanpashto

Im pretty sure it was Droz

  • Man Austin had the charisma man!! Needs to be picked up for more roles; he head and shoulders brought out the kid in me through the hero role above all others. Something about Stonecold man, it was like an Indiana Jones/Superman mix.

  • The Undertaker was so badass during this time! Not to mention austin kane and mankind. Attitude era forever!

  • I actually do have a decent copy of this theme. Don't even remember how I got it, but I have it. It has heavy percussion and base, versus the WWF Music vol 3 Guitar version. A good theme to illustrate the changing of the character into what he is now.

  • D'aww.

I want Undertaker's theme from that night badly. Luckily, I have this PPV recorded on VHS.

  • Taker's music in this vid sounds so crisp and clean. All the version I can find online that are "Fully Loaded" themes sound like crap.

  • I would give almost anything for a good, studio quality version of the theme Undertaker used that night.

  • the chair shot was never intended 4 austin, he torked it just watch 4:03-4:04

  • Jerry Lawler completly spolied the plot.

  • yppppppppppppp

  • when did taker start to use this theme??

  • They had the best promo music also I miss the attitude era

  • REST IN PEACE!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Jim Ross: Good God Almighty, Good God Almighty. That Kill Him. He's Broken In Half & The Undertaker Like It.

Undertaker: You Will Know My Name As The Lord Of Darkness! 1:42

  • Whoa! Great quality

  • Undertaker Entrance 6:11

  • man I love this undertake theme

  • Boy JR saying "Hellacious". men I like WWE go TV-14 again....

  • What an era loved watching raw every week great moments of austin making vinces life a living hell i really miss this era in wrestling.

  • 1998 wwf was the best...they told such awsome stories

you had mcmahon vs austin, while kane and the undertaker had their dynamic relationship, meanwhile DX was always up to something....wrestling in 1998 was the coolest thing

you don't really know how cool it was unless you watched it live every monday during 1998...couldn't miss an episode

  • Man u sure are telling the truth, i could not wait for the following Monday to watch raw, when i was in school thats all we use to talk about was what was going to happen on wrestling coming up that week or what happend in that week.

  • @Dahue1983

Dude that is so funny because I did the same thing, after watching RAW or a PPV I couldn't wait to talk about it at school! Like who jumped from WCW to WWF and vice versa! I was actually at this PPV!

  • @SebastianSlasherMP I hear that, wrestling use to be so exciting back then, Tuesday morning that was the talk of the day and then when we out for recess thats where everyone got into then. Boy those were the good old days...

  • @Dahue1983 i did the same thign traded the tapes and whatever, and we are from the same year????

  • @coanth Those were the moments, me and my friends would trade ppv tapes through out the year also.

  • My personal favorite Undertaker Theme

  • Kane and Mankind are great team.

    Just look at them

  • ahh i remember these days of the WWF Very good memories

  • Wow at 1:28 seconds we saw our first glimps of the American Badass Undertaker that debut 2 years later. LOL

  • great quality.. thanks.. but the streaming a bit slow anyway.. thanks..

  • 1998 was the year wwf was worth watching now its gone boring
