  • This a a great example of 1960's ford van that's been updated with the new running gear and newer styling. Looks great I have it as a screen saver on my computer.

I had a 1967 Econoline and always wanted to do something like this to it.

Now I am look for a project van for me and my son to build.

  • gotta add my two cents, it needs to be lower minus the wing, still pretty sweet though

  • this is in truckin magazine

  • The orignal scooby doo van was a volkwagon van. cause the engine was in the rear of the orignal mystery machine.

  • @redd5674 cept the rear door was barn door style, not a vw hatch style. The mystery machine was a fictional vehicle. No place to put an engine.

  • wow

  • that is one sweet van, just picked up a 63myself. what headers will fit a 302 in the doghouse??

  • Is that a Dodge A100? I'm currently looking for a A100 in hopes of restoring it, and creating a Mystery Machine out of it from Scooby Doo. I've seen several people make a Mystery Machine out of a full size cargo van or a conversion van, and it doesn't look right. Just watch the original cartoon. Its from the 60's to start with. That van was modeled after an A100 or one of the old Chevy's. Does anyone know where I might be able to hunt one of these down other than Ebay Motors?

  • @GatorsNation Craigslist...magazines that have classifieds for selling cars...

  • Pro Street Is sweet!

  • l33t sh33t

I am a Chevy guy, but that Van eventhough I always thought it was ugly has character.

  • Gooseberry was a workin man...he used to love that econoline, van!

  • Real cool! I love unusual builds. I only question the wheelie bars. I hate those things. The only reason for them is for rules of the track only. The basterds at Milian Drag strip insisted I put them on my S10 to run there. I would rather spend the money elsewhere.

  • Wow i think it got up to 20 mph.
