if the Enumerated Powers Act is passed will it be retroactive? Will they have to recite constitutional authority of laws already passed? How about the constitutionality of the UCMJ.

Organizer for Sons Of The Republic. We were the ones carrying the flag for Ben Franklin. This is not a Democratic issue nor is it a Republican issue. This Tea part wasn't about Obama either. Its about Americans finally waking up and finding were about to lose our country.
Thanks for posting this, it was a great day wasn't it? The only "bozo" I saw was the one that kept booing the speakers. We were standing about 15 in front of him, he ended up drawing a small crowd that calmly asked him to knock it off. He finally scampered off with his tail between his legs :)
