  • now this was one hellova show i used to watchit on cable back in the days when hbo was the only none regional channel and all the others were local stations from fare away! as a bad ass teen a few friends and i drove to atlanta hoping to get on the show, to this day we never found the studio where this show was filmed. but it was my first road trip with friends as a teenager. and my first time visiting the ATL.

  • That logo is really difficult to pin down--I've never even seen it reproduced. Maybe someone'll guess at it and put a bootleg out. :-)

  • I remember watching this show when it was on t.v., it was Fantastic and so much fun. I love James Brown. He was the Best!! I wish I had one of those t-shirts now, thats for sure.

  • Maybe you should contact James Brown's estate (or Archive Films,who apparently now owns the "Future Shock" master videotapes) about a DVD release of the best episodes.

  • I remember that show very well.  I live in Atlanta and it use to come on TBS channel 17 when it first with national on Saturday evenings. I was in the 8th grade in those day 1977-1978
