Great vid! Very impressive to see what a mildly modded, stock-internal C5 Z can do.

Did you ever have any trans issues with the M12? I have same unit in my GTO and it hasn't been my favorite gearbox...

(awesome ratios but poor longevity from hard racing, even with good shifting and driving)

@PorkchopLSX Thx man yeah I had to add a tranny cooler....and the stock synchros eventually went...I replaced mine with some carbon ones from RPM :)

like any tire if you cook em by over driving it's going to get slick but in my experience the 710's have excellent grip but they do fall off after extended sessions...I would say they have better grip than a Hoosier R6 but do not last as long...hope that answers your question :)

thanks....in this video I had kumho V710 tires, cat-back exhaust, carbotech pads, race seat, full brake ducting, braided lines, motul 600 fluid, T1 swaybars, Hardbar camber kit, k&n filter....since then I've put on PFADT coilovers...check out my latest Homestead vid...it's a good one!
