This is what I hate that people design green homes that only privileged people can afford. Design me house under 100k that is green and has 2500 square foot.

Well obviously more space = more money. If you're underprivileged perhaps a 2500 square foot house is out of your range. However there are lots of green homes built using reclaimed materials and straw bales. Just search "straw homes" and find some videos. One woman claims to have made her home for 50,000 dollars using this method.
