I wish they had explained the whole farm thing better... were the Cylons doing experiments on humans, like the Nazis? Why didn't they go into that further to explain what the hell they were doing? Wouldn't The Plan have been the perfect time for that? Were they just screwing with Kara? I mean come on, why not just kill her? Did Leoben have something to do with her no dying right then and there? I mean they had her unconscious... so many plot holes, but still a good series.

@WickIDwarrior they did explain it. the farm was to make cylon/human hybrids. they were abducting human survivers and knocking them up and hooking them up to some weird machines. Since at the time cylons couldnt naturally get pregnant between themselfs.
