Very good apart from the verse is an octave too low. Understandable though as the 'I'm a little divided' line is quite tricky. Anyway it seems to work with the acoustic.

Nice cover Pete, you might also want to check out 'Wheels' by the Foo Fighters, great song, however Dave Grohl does an excellent acoustic version, just look up Dave Grohl and Wheels here on you tube (It's a bit like Tom Petty's 'Learning to Fly' but still very good!)
