@HinataHyuugaclumsy ummm, there's a cut scene right after you give birth to your baby. It would say that it has been 3 years since your child has born and then it just shows you what Nina's husband talking about Nina and stuff like that :/

umm i know that when i had my child...and i just went to sleep like for three days after that...and my child was still there....so then i left the house and when it was like 2:00PM or 4:00PM my child wasnt in the house at all!!! then i went to sleep and there he was......where could my child been to?

I think Nina probably died of old age, remember when she was still living and before your child was born, she does say something about herself getting old and how she gets tired just walking to the turtle pond....
