As far as I know, there have always been great guitarists, besides Bream and Williams and more talented than those two. If we cannot name them, it doesn't mean that they did not exist. Nevertheless, Giulio Tampalini is among the greatest!

it´s amazing how technique and cleanliness by playing guitar master pieces have become common. A couple of years ago julian bream, pepe romero and john williams were the only masters.. and now? look at those talents... or i´m wrong? were they there always? but we just didn´t notice as youtube wasn´t there? ..
