I had a friend who volunteered this past festival. She was a pretty cool chick. Her name was Amanda and she has really short brown hair. Really cool chick!! Anyway I was thinking the same thing about Rothbury AND 10K! I would love to go to Rothbury, but I love 10K so much, it's been my summer destination vacation for a few years now...I guess it would all depend upon the lineups....OH THE SUSPENSE!!
I was in Northwoods as usual. We camp in the area I like to call "tent city" on the back road along the lake. Its kinda like a valley with trees all around it, pretty big spot. You?
I was in Lame Ox, due to volunteering obligations, had a cool neighbor named Leah and thought it was worth asking. Can't wait to camp in Sallie or Northwoods again next year. That is, if I am able to afford 10klf and Rothbury. I am already really excited to hear festival lineups!!
Lake Sallie baaaabyyy. we had the coolest neighbors. they painted themselves up to look like zombies and had a sign by their tents saying "zombies only" and they would just go nuts on the hand drums. we got 50 people to join in a jungle jam one night.
Dudes, how about all the trash in the concert bowl on Saturday night. All three previous nights the mess was minimal but after Dave it was an F'ing disaster. I'm sorry but I'd rather deal with spun out kids who can clean up after themselves versus drunk pricks who think it's okay to litter every where.
and Dave was a good show. However, there was a serious vibe change from the past 3 days. You had to be there the entire time to understand. I also thing the term CHAD is kinda weak.
True, it might be kinda weak, but it works...very good description...besides, saying douche-bag all the time is kinda harsh-gotta switch it up sometimes...
the only reason the grass had trash in it after dave is because there were actually people on the grass watching DMB versus the other 3 nights when no one was on the grass, except very far up front.
I took that into consideration when I made my analysis. Yes, the increase in total numbers had an obvious impact as to the total quantity of trash produced but as a percentage of that trash less trash found its way to a trash can versus the other three nights. I take great consideration to throw every cup, can, plate etc. into a can or recycling bin when at a festival. I've discussed this with many other people and we are all in agreement. It wasn't solely because there were more people.
What a total vibe change from the rest of the festival...the Chads TOTALLY were out in force...didn't meet ANY A-Holes until Saturday...and boy, there were lots of A-Holes...
Take that back. Dave was amazing. I was Front row for dave. you can see me at 1:17. ha. not really. but I was there in the front right. Northwoods We B Green!

Why did you waste your time posting that? If thats how you feel, cool. But I don't see why you went out of your way to say you don't like someone.
