I remember playing HL1 sometime after playing the 2nd one and the episodes actually. I played it on hard and was having a good time, thinking it was still kind of easy. Then the marines show up.

And they don't fuck around. It's like they spliced super saiyan goku and masterchief into one godlike being, and then cloned him a million times.

two things,one,yes,hafl-life 2 is scary in parts of it,the first time i played it,i had no idea wat was coming up,and i fell over in my chair when i saw a zombie jump at me,and 2,and half-life one,not veryt scary really,if you come around a corner and theres a giant blue apple monster there,that will freak you oout,yes i said giant blue apple,cuase it looks like a blue apple
