@angelville1 nope... kahit HD pa ang editing program mo, hindi niya maico-convert yung LQ na video into HQ because you downloaded the LQ video na rin. mas lalo pa itong mag-LQ kasi you're editng another video... try ka DL ng videos dito sa youtube and edit it to any kind of program, mas magiging mababa ang quality ng video.

so mas maganda kung ang i-download mo na video is HQ na dati... kasi kahit i-edit mo siya di masyado mabawasan ang quality. but still nabawasan pero konti lang.
