Ive never been attacked physically but ive been getting years of looks and verbal assaults. I'm doing my first DJ gig in the middle of July and I will be dedicating my entire set, and my entire DJ career, to Sophie's memory. Her passing has effected me greatly, including inspiring me to get into music again.

The judge was spot on with his comments but sentences of 16 & 18yrs can hardly be described as 'life'. Like many others, I was unable to make it to this Whitby Gothic Weekend. I've never believed in the death penalty, but hate crimes such as this have forced me to do some serious soul-searching on my views towards pond-life such as these. Ive never been attacked physically but ive been getting years of looks and verbal assaults. I'm doing my first DJ gig in the middle of July and I will be dedicating my entire set, and my entire DJ career, to Sophie's memory. Her passing has effected me greatly, including inspiring me to get into music again.

The judge was spot on with his comments but sentences of 16 & 18yrs can hardly be described as 'life'. These vile monsters will only be in their mid 30's when released, plenty of time to enjoy the rest of their useless lives, shack up with some brainless slappers & breed some feral scum of their own, no doubt all expenses paid courtesy of the taxpayer!

Dogs are destroyed if they attack so they no longer pose a danger to society - pity the same can't apply to these 2 & their socially retarded accomplices who also joined in the attack on Robert. Sophie didn't get a 2nd chance at life, her injuries so severe - so why on earth should these lowlifes.

Like many others, I was unable to make it to this Whitby Gothic Weekend. I've never believed in the death penalty, but hate crimes such as this have forced me to do some serious soul-searching on my views towards pond-life such as these. Hatred can consume a person, these scumbags don't care, so I see being consumed by anger as giving them their victory, I refuse to give them that satisfaction. I hope the law can be changed, I don't feel safe in my home city due to physical and verbal abuse.

I never thought that in civilised countries that can happen . I mean I live in Romania where being different always attracts trouble , but killing somebody for that ? It's sad :(

Bench dedication tomorrow and sentencing on Monday. I wish I could be at this WGW butI will pay my respects to sophie in my own way tomorrow. As for monday lets hope the criminal justice system here gets it right for a change!! Send both of them down for life then name and shame the other free they don't deserve to be protected. Our hearts and thoughts are with Rob and Sophies families. I support the S.O.P.H.I.E campaign all the way x

I also just need to say, I never met Sophie, and sadly never will, but I love her dearly. She will be a part of me, my friends, and one day my children if im blessed to have any. Her life is shaping who I am and who I am becoming. RIP sweetheart, we all love you.
