Watching this video (again) has brought me to the realisation that my lines on this track must suck MASSIVELY. I didn't miss a BR/speed pad (maybe 1 or 2) or hit any walls and my time is still slower....

much work to be done methinks. Go get 1st place you Flying Dutchman!

I think you are right. I spammed the wall pretty badly in a couple of places and missed a few pads and loads of BRs. You're definitely doing something wrong. If you try again, please use a HD ship. Furymau is pretty much cheating on this track.

@chiliharvs Is the Fury Harimau really that good? I've not tried it yet - I'm a Qirex and Feisar man myself.

@AntiGrav510 - I only really just started using it a bit online recently. But nothing else has such a good combined steering and speed stat. Feisar (HD or Fury) and Qirex (the Fury version) are solid ships (performance wise) though. If you want to win online then AG-S is probably your best bet. I prefer Goteki, but with Fury AG-S you get 95 thrust so G-45 is then pretty much redundant. :-(

@chiliharvs I do remember watching HellfireWZ's races of England vs The Netherlands and it appeared you were all in AG-S, him the only one in the Goteki. I'm currently having problems trying to play anything with my brother other than Eliminators with him in a Triakis.

@AntiGrav510 - Almost everyone used AG-S pre-Fury. The only good thing about Fury ships is that stats changes mixed things up a bit.

In the World Cup I started in Icaras for US and Italy. Changed to EG-X against France. But then realised how much of a blatant target it made me in that kind of game. When AG-S is everywhere, being in it is practically being in camouflage. xD Knowing England players mostly used AG-S made it a no brainer. Finished in G-45 in the final though. :-)

i have a cuestion have you changing some with controls i mean accelerate sensivity or something,and for what is motion sensor,is it usefull? (sorry for my english)

Set acceleration sensitivity down to 10%. Lower is actually more sensitive, strangely O_o.

I have airbrakes set down to 10% also, for the same reason as above.

I don't use motion sensor. Some people use it for pitch and get good results. But I don't. I also use d-pad, but most of the really good pilots use the analogue stick. Just use whichever one you are better with.

Hi thanks. I replied this before but the comment doesn't seem to have shown up.

I recorded with a Hauppauge HD PVR. You can get good results with a digital camera that has a HD recording function too. They're not too expensive these days. The sound isn't great on them and you need to be able to position the camera over your shoulder to get best results without it getting in the way, but they can still work pretty well.
