YT's system is illegal under DMCA because they do not get written notices from the Copyright holder as required by law but instead use an automatic detections system.

Our account was suspended recently becuase their system misidentified content as infringing when we had permission from Walt Disney Studios to post it for news reporting and promotions.

We won all the DMCA notices on our vid and then not long after they were put back up YT comes along and flags them again for the same violation

This only temporarily removes the copyright notification, sooner or later it will catch up, unless you have a broadcasting license or at least permission. My friend and I tried this on our videos, and all seemed fine for a few days, but then we got a message with threats to remove our account if we continue to deny not having the rights. In other words, if you dispute to much when you are in the wrong, it could result in you losing your account.
