By the way Eric, I've you tried one of those 00 whole mahogany 1929 from santa-cruz? I play fingerstyle acoustic blues mostly, and they look very tempting. Unfortunately, we do not have them in France.

I have played a lot of Collings as well. Also truly great guitars, but I'm partial to Santa Cruz myself.

Great tone. I love 00s. Did you try any Collings of similar size? Is this one short scale (I assume). Hard to beat this guitar -- but they all seem to sounds amazing when you're playing them.
