not entirely true, GA1 sticks with that dagger because of the SA of it. The might blow is the most unique SA for dagger user, NCsoft later found out that it was imbalanced and removed it entirely.
If you are a long time player, you would know that Naga Storm at the time that this video was posted was nearly impossible to get except for events.
