I have lived in a lovely area on the outskirts of Oldham for four years now. I paid £160,000 for my beautiful little house, down sized as my children have bought their own properties. I have lived in a lovely area on the outskirts of Oldham for four years now. I paid £160,000 for my beautiful little house, down sized as my children have bought their own properties. This video serves nothing than to bring house prices down and that would not benefit anyone. There are areas around Oldham that are beautiful and I having lived in a leafy Cheshire suberb before moving here can say although it hasn`t got the classy amenities of the area I moved from, it is very clean where I live.
