I like the whole money cycle argument presented here, but I think there is an essential ingredient missing from the argument, the true unit of money is labour, it is only your labour that these parasites want from you, hence all the talk of slavery etc. The lying on the beech argument doesn't work because without work nothing gets done, no food gets grown, houses built etc. It's truly your labour that's valuable and withdrawing it is the best most effective weapon of them all.
politicians creating jobs is my worst gripe, how many people are doing jobs which are pointless, destructive or which could be completed with the technology we already possess but aren't used. i stopped working when i realized what the representatives of this society (and therefore society and all its members) were killing people for and how many more young people had joined the armed forces because of the false collapse of a false economy with all too real consequences.
Most people would not want to do the lowly jobs, if they were not locked into the monetary system, which are still necessary to have everything working.
This is why automation as described in the Venus project is essential for going beyond money.
