  • sorry but you are too cute!:)

  • @Nuenna90 Ha thanks!

  • Would you recommend using Italian Sausage instead of the turkey?

  • @zaxis01 It's nice that you can sub in whatever you'd like, just adjust the nutrient facts accordingly!

  • I just made this...it's very delicious!

  • @SuperGreenDucks Great to hear, glad it turned out ok!

  • @SuperGreenDucks Great to hear, glad it turned out ok!

  • hey do you eat more carbs before a workout then you would after a workout ? im just curious because i dont want to gain weight but i do want to gain lean muscle,

    Thanks !

  • @IPinoyBoy69 Weight gain in the end is going to depend on your overall caloric intake over a long period of time. Eating a bunch of carbs pre workout isn't going to make you fat (but it might make you full!).

  • @CampbellFitness

ok thank you, i appreciate the reply back :)

  • @IPinoyBoy69 Sure thing!

  • How do you know how to cook so well? :)

  • @riceboy287 Trial and error!

  • Who would dislike this? Great video bro

  • @reedickyaluss Gues some people don't like shrooms!

  • dude what is your meal plan

i need a meal plan or something like that

  • @darkilas345 I have a link in some of my videos to it. I keep it on myfitnesspal.

  • Yes, I will. Don't know when though :)

  • I have to try this one.

  • @ENAIRAMA1 If you do please let me know how it went!

  • This is effing amazing, just tries it out. Thanks and keep the vids coming

  • @stephenirun Awesome, glad it turned out ok!

  • @timtimtiiiiim Glad you guys liked it. Thanks for the feedback!

  • your videos are amazing!!! haha just a quick question

how do you cook your asparagus?

  • @eunchulol I either steam them, or my preferred way is to put them on a baking sheet and coat them lightly with olive oilve and garlic powder, salt, pepper and bake them for 10 min or so.

  • Just had this literally 10 minutes ago! I went over my macros... ITS TO GOOD!

  • @NamesEdward Haha glad to hear it worked out for you!

  • hey i have a very important question if you dont mind answering, since i myself cook my food and thenpackage them everynight for the next day, how do i keep it fresh, like shold i keep them on the counter or keep them refrgerated?

  • @SmexyPC I'll let these sit out a bit to cool down and then place them in tupperware and keep them in the fridge till the next day.

  • Looks great. More recipe vids like this, brochacho.

  • @4863440 Just uploaded one tonight!

  • i made this meal and i let my mother try it and she loved it.

  • @Justmylukc That's great, glad to hear it worked out well for you!

  • bam just made it...turned out pretty damn good.....had to eat some greek yogurt with it though...i dont know if there was enough protein going on

  • @olinblockedme Awesome glad it turned out ok for you!

  • Awesome video man. I needa try this out

  • @KayweeFitnessForLife Glad you liked it!

  • Hey CampbellFitness, first thanks for all the great videos! I was wondering if you could give me some advice. Im starting school this week and my biggest problem is nutrition while im in school. I was wondering if you could recommend some snacks i could pack with me to eat while im at school that i can eat within15 minutes during my breaks. Please let me know! Hey maybe you can make a little series about it thanks!

  • @KouZee I'll try to get some more videos out. But my favorite quick snack is just 1 cup of oatmeal and 1 scoop of protein powder. You can carry this around and just throw some water in it when you're ready to eat. Quick and easy and gives you like 30 grams protein and 40 grams carbs.

  • @CampbellFitness sounds like a plan! thanks again!

  • So, I was gettin' bored with chicken breasts 'n brown rice, and thought I would give this one a try - turned out great! Served it on some sautéed spinach and looked like a pro....lol....thanks fer the recipe! Just wondering if you've ever tried Tilapia before? From what I've read, it's a great protein source - inexpensive, and very little o' the bad stuff....

  • @PRofCanuckstan I love tilapia, I have a few recipes on here for it. Glad this recipe turned out so well!

  • Robinson? as in Robinson Rams? Do you happen to live in the Fairfax/DC area?

  • @MultipleIdiots I'm from the area originally and graduated high school from Robinson.

  • Looks good... unfortunately, portabella mushrooms here are about $6 a head! Not a meal I would make often but definitely will try one day. Maybe add some garlic to the mix.

It's a little tough cooking for my husband who's also a body-builder and me who's trying to tone up. I'll just skip out on the rice or make qinoa instead. The amount of calories he has to consume is insane! Plus he eats every 2-3 hours. I'm shocked we're not on the street from our grocery bills.

    Thanks!

  • @ItsMadNess88 Where do you live? I think I paid $6 for all 4!

  • @CampbellFitness Currently on a little tropical island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean called Guam. Almost everything is imported here. Luckily, I grow a lot of my herbs and some vegetables in my backyard.

  • @ItsMadNess88 Oh nice! I'm familiar with it. My dad was in the Navy and we spent time overseas.

  • @CampbellFitness Oh nice! Most people are like, "Where the hell is Guam?" :P My dad was stationed here 15 years ago too and it's changed quite a bit.

  • get those mushroom tips ready.

  • @mentalshade Ha beware the tip.

  • tank in the gym and tank in the kitchen good shit bro

  • @Disturbed420420 Haha yeah, plus it's summer!

  • awesome video bro

  • @n8goesSPLAT Thanks dude!

  • @jaysmylez2 Thanks Johnny

  • hey brandon what can i substitute for broccoli? im not a fan of brussel sprouts or anything so any suggestions?

  • @MadeOfAdamantium Try to find a vegetable that works for you. Spinach, squash, peas, green beans, cauliflower, asparagus, etc... you can also look at adding them into your foods (like I did with the squash and peppers in this one) or adding some dressing/sauce to them.

  • @CampbellFitness thnx.. will do

  • Love the recipe. I'm currently laying in my hospital bed having had back surgery yesterday. I'm going to be needing recipies like this to help shed weight and promote my healing. Enjoy every video man!

  • @casdav05 that sucks, you ok?

  • @CampbellFitness Yea, surgery went good. Hopefully this is the beginning of a new chapter in my life. I've put my health on the backburner for most of my life, so I'm ready. My wife is currently doing P90X, so she is motivating me. As long as I take it slow, I think things will start to look up. Baby steps!!!

  • @casdav05 Doesn't sound good, but glad to hear you're on the mend and getting back into it. Slow and steady is the best way to kick things off, no point in overdoing it and hurting yourself. Let me know if you need any help or motivation.

  • Looks like a great recipe, thanks for the video, also that's a nice kitchen you got there,

  • @danielnator Yeah def an upgrade!

  • Good looking stuff B!

  • @Celonarb Thanks dude, back at school?

  • @CampbellFitness Yessir. Still will keep the channel running of course!

  • Hot dayum! Definitely trying this one out! Nice work my man:)

  • @Betterlife90 It's pretty simple... and you can make it look impressive (that way people think you can actually cook!).

  • Legit.

  • @BossFitnessTV Thanks. We should try to get together for a video this month.

  • @CampbellFitness I'm in bro, let's def make it happen. Whatya have in mind?

  • great vid bud, congrats on the new place, the kitchen looks dope, keep it up

    your boy, Will

  • Over 100 comments in one day for a MUSHROOM RECIPE!

    Very cool!

I like the recipe because you can freeze it in small tupperware containers and reheat in a microwave.

  • @zippyman818 Yeah we ended up only using 3 of them so I had the other for "one" of my lunches today.

  • thx for the video bro am gana try it out

  • @single702 Let me know how it turns out!

  • LIKED & FAVORITED!!! That looks great. I will cook that this weekend.

    LSU FTW!!!

Arrested starting QB and all. LOL

Oh and your new kitchen looks pretty pimp too.

  • @tddcmptn Haha just be sure to add the tomato sauce that I mentioned, I think it adds a lot! Let me know how it turns out!

  • Nice vid dude! Waiting on those "in the gym" videos. Im looking for some serious triceps inspiration as mine are lagging behind!!!

  • @carl1qazx Those should start next week. I also have a bench and olympic bench in this house so I will probably do a beginners series on starting off at home.

  • Dang it that was mouth watering. Gotta go and eat now after watching this. Dang it I wish I knew how to cook like that. I am the worst cook ever, how will I survive without a wife ouch. Gotta learn how to cook like you Brandon. Great video as always

  • @vfbodybuilding It's actually really easy. I make sure it is b/c I'm not that great of a cook!

  • was it a cat or dog i saw ?

  • @MrKrondike If you saw something it was a dog. My roommate has a miniature australian shepard

  • @keithc413 You'd be surprised how simple all the cooking things I have are. I keep it to easy prep and as few as ingredients as possible.

  • @DAMINDFREAK06 Haha

  • @brayanesc0bar18 You'd be surprised how easy this stuff is. I pick recipes that don't have a ton of ingredients or prep time.

  • dam this would be a bitch to cook rather than some jasmine rice + chicken haha

  • @bebIessed It's actually really easy. The prep takes hardly any time besides browning the turkey.

  • Looks like you lost some weight! I can tell the difference easily.

  • @blinkblinkblinkkdd Yeah with the whole move this past weekend and losing power for almost 2 days b/c of the storm I ended up losing about 5-7lbs!

  • im hungry now......................

  • @iheartbooty I got some left overs if you want them.

  • You did a good job cramming stuff into those caps. Grill em with some olive oil from a jar of sundried tomatos for even more flavor.

  • @zippyman818 I would have loved to add some tomatoes into this but I was cooking for a few people and they don't like them (I probably would have added onions too).

  • @CampbellFitness Okay, if you start cramming that much stuff, it's more of a casserole with mushroom caps on the bottom! One would have to put that in a deeper baking dish and then hope the cap stays intact when served.

    Thanks for the ideas!

  • @zippyman818 Ha that's why its a good idea to get some big caps! I had no issues with these ones thankfully!

  • Mushroom? Mushroom tips? :(

  • @orks2 Eating mushrooms is good, eating mushroom tips is not recommended.

  • Yummo!

  • @ThePositiveAussie It def was!

  • If I make meals like this..how can I reach my fat marcros? they are way higher -.-

  • @LibzisBack You can add other things like regular cheese to bump it up a bit. Or depending on your tastes, even add some cut up avocado to the mix.

  • wow this looks great

  • @brensten32 Not going to lie, it was pretty good!

  • Mate love the cooking videos! You got some cool ideas

  • @TunnelVisionAthletic Thanks! Trying to mix it up a bit

  • What happened to the asparagus tips? I prefer them to the stalks. Ya know what happens after eating that damn asparagus....lol. What kind of dog you have? I have a brindle boxer.. he is the best! I'm hungry now....damn!

  • @tomconjalka They're still there, prob just a weird angle. It's my roommate's dog. It's an miniature australian shepherd

  • the new pad looks sweet brandon!

  • @gman0345 It's not too bad. Prob do a tour once I'm all unpacked.

  • Dude that looks amazing. Awesome video. Like the new kitchen too

  • @TheAverageguyfitness Thanks man! Now I just need to work on getting some great gym equipment at home like you.

  • i love the taste of mushrooms, but sometimes they can freak me out :p

  • @MiKill93 Yeah de-gilling this thing was "interesting"

  • do you steam the asparagus till very very soft or keep it abit tender?

  • @SuperSayanFitness It's really personal preference. I like them a bit crisp.

  • @CampbellFitness asked cause y just bought some to make this and never made them

  • @SuperSayanFitness You can do either. Sometimes I'll put a little olive oil on them and put pepper and garlic powder on them and bake them in the oven. Lots of options.

  • Great macros and looks tasty,Cant wait till i bulk so i can mess around with different meals

  • @NYbodybuilder10 Yeah sadly I'm coming to the end of my bulk, going to go on maintenance for a few weeks then drop into a cut.

  • LOVE THE NEW KITCHEN MAN!!! Love the vid and thanks for another great vid bro!

  • @kenkenangelo Thanks for watching! I'm going to try to get more of these out.

  • yummy will have to try this out this weekend..

Thanks for a great cooking video... love mushrooms..

  • @claudia1515 Same here, they were good!

  • looks like you shop at jewel

  • @Newbpwng What's that?

  • @CampbellFitness Jewel Osco is a store but i guess not lol i was basing it on the fact that i see all the brands of products you showed in this video primarily the shrooms and rubber banded asparragus

  • @Newbpwng Oh, I got these from Stop N Shop, they could have the same parent company!

  • neva realised u hav a pet :)

  • @myselfmark It's my roommates!

  • Gratz on the new place dude. Kitchen looks big pimpin! Oh yeah, food looked good too ;)

  • @ninjabic Ha thanks man. I'll prob do a brief tour at some point once I'm all settled.

  • Awesome video brah....also sweet kitchen...wish i had granite tops....lol...keep the vids comin!!!

  • @lambo5277 Yeah it's a big upgrade, makes me want to cook more.

  • wtf this is so beast, killer work keep it up man

  • @myfeet14 I'll try to get one out at least every other week.

  • Boooombbb ass video bro. Looks delicious

  • @Uytube11 Thanks man, nice update in your series. I forgot if I left a comment or not!

  • @CampbellFitness No problem bro. New update video should be out between late today/ tom! thanks for the support, and stay big :)

  • glad to see the cooking videos come back...i'll give this a try tomorrow

  • @sRsoCko Let me know how it turns out. I really suggest adding the tomato sauce!

  • Can you teach me to cook some day? I think you are the best.....I am going to have my mom over for dinner soon. I think I will make this for her. What wine goes well with this?

  • @iwant2cthatass All these things I make are easy. Short prep time and only a few ingredients. Usually you pair the color of the wine with what you're eating, so in this case a merlot, cabernet sauvignon or shiraz will work well.

  • great idea as always. I know what I'm having for dinner tomorrow! this is your new kitchen too right? looks great.

  • @1731ridge Thanks, it is my new kitchen, so much nicer!

  • Hey i know this has nothing to do with this video, Is there a good replacement for breakfast like bar or something. I just have no time in the mornings to make a good breakfast.

  • @TravTheBoss If I'm in a rush I usually will throw a cup of oatmeal and 1 scoop of protein powderin a blender. You can add water or milk to mix. This will give you about 40-50 carbs and 25 grams of protein and is a quick drink you can have on the go. You can add other things like fruits or peanut butter too.

  • I love your videos, your the man!

  • @e1g3r Thanks! Really appreciated!

  • this is looks fire

  • @bball11ho I spit hot fire!

  • i just ran 5 miles today in 62 minutes :D

  • @thirdbreath Nice work! I'm going to start running again soon.

  • This is an awesome recipe! I'm a plant science major so you should add that buying UV treated mushrooms will add large amounts of vitamin D to your meal. Keep up the good work!

  • @UPnATOM88 I had no idea, but that's a great tip, thanks!

  • hey can you do a vid about meals on the go for someone who is a student :) or a person who works

  • @nachobed I'll try to work some of those in!

  • mushroom caps, or as the hodge twins would say, mushroom tips haha

  • @Soullimit Ha I don't recommend eating mushroom tips.

  • i have always strayed away from mushrooms..guess i gotta give em a try :)

  • @LT1209 You could always use bread instead if you don't want to use mushrooms.

  • @LT1209 use the blue ones and have fun

  • @liucas2 lol dont trust it

  • @LT1209 ye dont use the blue ones unless you want to go high

  • @liucas2 lol here i am looking up how to cook blue mushrooms..real nice lol
