I like the way you (correctly) said "parts" of the species (vs "members"). Also you bravely used the giraffe analogy, so prone to error in evolutionary theory. The finger idea will take an awful lot of convoluted explanation to be plausible, but it's not an impossibility :)

what kind of nurse are u...like where do u work. bc my mom work in the medical ICU unit in the hospital and she is always usin her stethoscope...i guess it depends on where u work. right now shes workin on her masters and gettin her nurse practioner liscense!! and that is HHAAARRRD...

i work in a surgical ICU... I do use stethoscopes quite a lot... we just have patient-dedicated ones that stay in the room as to not spread germs.
I wanna get my master's in a couple years too!

I know at least one person got it right, it's to do with testosterone exposure in the womb, but there hasn't be any studies (that I know of) that have shown a relationship between finger ratio and gender preference, but there is a relationship between the ratio and sex drive...source: The Kinsey Institute!
