Well, they are very clean creatures, unless you feed them something your eating that's a little messy, like say.. creamed corn or so, but after, grooming again lol.
@symyu They're misunderstood for some pointless reason we exclude them a lot more than Mice. And that makes them flee to sewers and why people keep getting the idea they're disgusting creatures. That's where they live, not who they are XD

Wow, I've never seen a rat groom so slowly lol, I have female rats and they're more active than males so they groom at lightning speed :D

inspired me to commit to being a rat parent.
i eventually got my first three rats after seeing this video (january 2, 2009)
and so many things have happened already!! it's a blessed journey...
btw, it's not just one, i've had more than 20 since then,
they come and go too soon, that's the painful part (T_T)
