alas I guess it's hard to find, mainly outside Italy. The brand is Modric and the website url is emiliomodric.it but I've just checked and seems it's not active anymore. Sorry.

@platanopapi : I've used every kind of markers and fibre pens, gouache, ball point pens, inks, pencil and UNI Posca marker fir whites.
